A Little Catch Up and a Give Away

I know it has been too long since I have last posted and I have a lot of fun things and fun pictures to post. Hopefully, I can get to it next week. Our family went to Maui for 2 weeks in May, which was the funnest family vacation ever. Jason and I went to Cali for some six flags and some fun without the kiddos.
The twins have been doing swimteam and doing really well. Matix started golf this summer after playing a couple months of basketball. He is a natural at both and it is so fun to watch him because he loves playing sports and is very competitive.
Emi had a dance and gymnastic recital and I like to think she was the cuttest one on the stage, but I am biased. She is a my little artsy girl that loves to sing and perfrom.
Talan is getting so big, is potting training, still has a binkie and can throw down the meanest temper tantrum you have ever seen, but we still love him to pieces. His hair has turned a bright blonde this summer from all the sun we have been getting and I love it! I hope that posting a little of what we have been up to lately will actually inspire me to post some pics and catch you up. In the meantime, I really wanna win this http://boydandniki.blogspot.com/2010/06/vintage-pearl-giveaway.html

It Has Been Too Long

After my last post I said, hopefully it won't be another 3 months until you hear from us again. Well, it has been almost 4 months. You will see why it took me so long to finally do this. We have done so much and I have so many pictures that I have been wanting to post that I have been putting it off, but I finally did it. Since you last heard from us, Jason and I have finally graduated college with a Bachelor's in Business from ASU and we are planning to start the MBA program in July. It feels so great to be done and it has been a nice break but I think we are ready to further our education.
Okay, well here we go. I am warning you now that this is a seriously long post. It is actually 5 separate posts so make sure you keep going....I have recapped almost everything that has happened since August!

We took family pictures at the beginning of December and we kept them a surprise for Grandparents for Christmas. They turned out so cute thanks to Connie. She is amazing and very affordable. Go here if you want her info and more examples of her work http://conniebphotography.blogspot.com/2009/12/krystal-jason-family.html

After the photo shoot, I wasn't very confident anything would turn out because T wouldn't cooperate. When Connie sent me the pics, I was pleasantly surprised!

December

December was a great month. It started out with the Annual Arnett Family Hayride and Chistmas Caroling, then Jason and I went to Vegas to watch BYU play in the Las Vegas Bowl and of course, Christmas!

I just threw these pics in because I thought they were funny! I guess T is ready to mow the lawns and go to school!

Jason put T in Matix's underwear um yeah, size 6 and as you can see they fit. No, he is not pottytrained yet, but it made for a funny night. He looked like a sumo wrestler.

Jason and I at the Las Vegas Bowl. It was freezing with 42 mph wind. I couldn't feel a thang! We went with my dad and brother and we had so much fun, it was great little get-a-way before Christmas.

Emi had a mini dance recital and it was so cute. It was fun to see what she has been learning because parents are not aloud to observe class.

We had a great Christmas. We were definitly spoiled. The kids got a bunch of outside toys, like bikes, scooters, roller coasters, a slide, trucks, and santa brought a trampoline!

November

November is always a busy month. It is the twins bday, my bday, hunting season, and Thanksgiving. This year we had the Arnett Thanksgiving on Wed. night because Jason, his dad and brother went hunting early Thanksgiving morning. Jason's mom bought all these cute hats and we sent this pic to Justin, Jason's brother, and Jill, Jason's sister, who live in different states right now. It wasn't the same without them.

Thanskgiving day with the Gardners, my mom's family.

The twins turned 6, I can't believe they are that old! We celebrated by taking the twins to see a Christmas Carol in 3D. It was a little scary for them. Emi kept covering her eyes and grabbing my hand. Then, we went with both grandparents to Grimhaldis and to the Sugar Bowl in Scottsdale. The kids also had a sleepover and invited a couple friends.

And of course, we can't forget about New Moon. My cousin Lexi works for a nonprofit and they were able to get a private screening of New Moon. The tickets were more expensive but some of the proceeds went to their company; so, we got to see the movie at 7pm the night of the release! My mommy, Aunt Aletha, Jenna, Lexi, and me

I had a fabulous bday, minus a horrible mouth infection. My mom took Talan for the day and got me a much needed massage and I went shopping. Later, we went out to Got Sushi with my family. My favortie place, so yummy!

Jason and I went to the Salt Cellar with some of his cousins. It was yummy and we made some new freinds, aren't they cute?

Not really, it took me about 5 minutes to muster up enough courage to pick this ugly creature up!
